Hive Impact teaches you the business insight, tools and techniques needed to overcome your barriers to growth, whilst learning what works for others and having the support from fellow business owners.

Running over the course of 6 months, each 3-hour session will be highly interactive, reflective and insightful. The power is created by a supportive group witnessing your business growth.​

Nat Harrison
Nat is a Business Coach, Trainer and Facilitator, working with small businesses, start ups and entrepreneurs in the creative sector. Nat has been a coach for over 10 years and brings a wealth of practical business experience with her from running her own business, co-founding Hive Collective and from her previous career in technology in The City. Nat is accredited coach with the International Coach Federation.

Nat has recently provided 1-2-1 advice and support for the creative business programmes Forge and Elevate in Waltham Forest and Re:Create21 in Wandsworth. She is creatively-minded as well as highly analytical and financially-astute and her passions lie with helping businesses achieve their goals, formulate strategies to manage expansion and change and make their businesses work for them.

James West
James runs consultancy West Creative and is an expert in untangling business issues and explaining the way forward in a style that makes sense. He has advised many creative and cultural businesses across the UK from volunteer-run charities, to private companies and leading brand names. His clients include the Pleasance Theatre Trust, Bernie Grants Arts Centre and The Royal Opera House. He also works outside of the arts sector with Higher Education and Local Authorities.

James specialises in offering advice and insight around marketing, sales, product development and growth planning. James is well-versed in coaching a variety of early stage and growth businesses through 1-2-1s, group sessions, facilitation and training.
