Programme Details
The programme will run from 9 October to December 2025, with six group sessions taking place bi-weekly on 1st and 3rd Thursdays from 9.30am - 12.30pm.
Each 3-hour session is designed to offer in depth learning, neuro-inclusive support and breathing space between sessions.
We recommend that you meet with your accountability buddy between group coaching sessions.

The 6 sessions are interactive and inclusive, take part in a way that suits you.
We use a mix of teach ins, visuals, discussion and interactive exercises.
Stimming, fidgeting, and movement breaks are all welcome.
