These are monthly online meet ups with other business owners and freelancers. You can just join in the conversation or ask the group a question, discuss your current challenges or get some feedback on an idea.
We never know where the discussion will take us, but it’s always insightful and empowering. We are delighted that we can offer this support for free currently as Hive Meets are sponsored by WMBL and Dinghy Freelancer Insurance.
Hive Meets
We invite inspirational business founders to join us for a relaxed conversation, followed by open Q&A. We learn about their success and failures and what they wished they had known when they started out.
Expect honest, open chats and we often have a ‘How To’ section where a specialist services provider gives us 10 fantastic tips to help us master the skills we need to run our businesses successfully.
Speaker Events
Throughout the year we run a variety of workshops on topics such as Business Vision and Strategy, Goal Setting, Branding, Imagery and SEO.
We work on a needs basis, and build up an interest list to get a minimum number of participants, then arrange the workshop on a date that is convenient for everyone.
Workshops
Working with a business coach can help you overcome your blind spots and create a personalised plan to professionally develop and grow your business.
Coaching can be a one-off session to tackle a plan or decision, a 3 sessions to help you work out where your business needs to go or how to reach new customers and increase sales or you can have coaching on an ongoing basis (e.g. once a month) to really take your business to the next level.
Business Coaching
Hive Impact is a 6 month programme that teaches you business insights, skills and tools to make a big impact on your business, whilst you work alongside other local business owners to support each other's business growth.
The group provides peer support and members are accountable to their business goals and for previous months commitments, and the group remains nurturing and supportive of each other when barriers to action arise. Training topics covered include Business Vision, Goal Setting, Marketing and Time Management.
Hive Impact Programme
Social Media training providing 6 x 1-hour live workshops on all aspects of social, delivered by 3 social media experts, who will share their vast knowledge of building confidence, sales and marketing, strategy, using captivating imagery and what gets you seen and builds your community.
This program is perfect for you if you would like to have a wider social media reach or feel more confident and make sure you are reaching the right potential clients and customers.
